Brandon

PRINCIPAL GROOMER

At a young age, Brandon discovered his love for animals while volunteering at a nonprofit animal shelter. Feeding, walking, and caring for pets awaiting their forever homes came naturally and brought him a deep sense of joy and purpose.

For the past 15 years, Brandon has dedicated his career entirely to improving the lives of animals. After graduating from It’s A Dog’s World School of Grooming, he continued his education by earning certifications in pet CPR, first aid, and Fear Free handling a testament to his commitment to safe, compassionate care.

Throughout his career from cooperative grooming settings to private salons Brandon always envisioned something more: a calm, focused environment where he could give each pet his full, undivided attention. That vision became the foundation for PNWGROOMS. Today, Brandon is living his dream, crafting a personalized, stress-free grooming experience for every pet that comes through his doors.

Outside of work, Brandon is passionate about investing in his community and spending quality time with his family. A true animal lover at heart, his household reflects it he shares his home with two tortoises, Rose and Lily; one cat, CC; & one dog, Mr. Baby

Janet

FEAR FREE-CERTIFIED GROOMER

With over a decade of professional grooming experience and nearly two decades working with dogs in every capacity, from daycare and overnight care to kennel management Janet brings a rare depth of animal expertise to every appointment.

For Janet, grooming is more than a service; it’s a craft that blends animal behavior knowledge, hands-on skill, and genuine connection. Every session is an opportunity to build trust with a pet and partner with the humans who love them.

Outside of work, Janet’s world is full of animals: two dogs, two cats, and a household shared with German Shepherds, more cats, a flock of chickens, and even a pair of sheep. When not grooming, you’ll find Janet outdoors, in the kitchen, working on a craft project, or curled up with a good book.

Ke

GENERAL MANAGER

After over a decade in corporate, Ke was driven by a desire for a more fulfilling career one rooted in community and the well-being of animals. Shortly after college, Ke adopted Win, a four-pound rescue cat with a flair for the dramatic and a tendency to get carsick on every vet visit. Out of compassion for Win, Ke became a loyal advocate of mobile pet services and quickly recognized a significant gap in the market.

Frustrated by the lack of quality mobile grooming options in the area, Ke joined forces with Brandon and a local investor to bring PNWGROOMS to life. From bookkeeping and social media to daily operations, Ke is the heartbeat of the business always moving things forward and creating positive momentum at every turn.

Outside of work, Ke can be found spoiling Win and the newest member of the pack, Beary. Beary also holds the distinguished title of CMO Chief Meow Officer and is deeply involved in our social media presence. Head over to our Instagram to see her in action.

Every member of the PNWGROOMS team has completed a minimum 20-week professional grooming course and holds pet CPR certification because your pet’s safety is never an afterthought.

Our mission is simple: to deliver the world’s best pet grooming experience, right to your doorstep. We use only high-quality products and proven techniques to ensure every pet leaves looking, feeling, and smelling their absolute best.
